The South Ridge House is situated next to Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers. The house offers a majestic yet tranquil view of Lambeau until game day when the surrounding area bustles with activity. There is a frenzy in the air as dedicated Packer fans drive or walk by the home looking to tailgate or heading to the stadium. Some even get to tailgate in the yard.
Come and visit Green Bay at the South Ridge House. It is a great place for Packer games with a fantastic view view of Lambeau, a large deck, and tailgating at your doorstep quite literally. It is also a perfect place for most family events from vacations, weddings, and family reunions. This house is one of the best locations for visiting Green Bay not only because Lambeau Field is in your backyard, but because it is close to the Resch Center, shopping, and Interstate access.
The house itself is three stories.
On the main floor you have a very large open living room and kitchen and dining area. There is also a master bedroom with its own bathroom. Then there is a half bath off the kitchen area. The deck is accessible with two patio doors off the dining area. The living room has both a leather sectional and couch with a 55 inch flat screen TV. The bedroom has queen size beds as well as antique dresser.
The top floor has two master bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. The bedrooms have queen size beds and antique dressers. The top floor also has a large family room with a vaulted ceiling. The windows in the family room provide a fantastic view of Lambeau Field. The family room also has a 55 inch flat screen TV.
The basement floor has two bedrooms, a full and a half bath, plus an activiy area that exits onto an outdoor patio with a grill.
The driveway has enough parking for four-five cars. My parents lived on Ridge Road for over 30 years before they traded their home for the South Ridge House and remodeled it into the best vacation home in the area. My mom enjoys having her guests experience the house surrounded by the Green Bay Packers. We will do all we can to make your experience a memorable one.
