Want the best of the Packers Party houses in Green Bay? Then you will want to come and visit this spacious 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom short term rental. What is even better about this vacation home is that it has its own online payment system. So you can pay direct and avoid fees from Airbnb, VBRO, Homeway and Hometogo.

The South Ridge House rents for $500 a night during the week and $700 a night on weekends with a two night stay requirement. The rates remain the same during July and August but there is a five night stay requirement if you book automatically. (If you want a shorter stay in July or August, contact us and we will see what we can arrange.)

For Packer games the rates are usually $3000 a night with a two day stay requirement (but see below for the specific dates). You can stay a third night at the daily rate, so you can save up to $2500.

In addition to the daily rate, there is a $100 cleaning fee and 5.5% sales tax and a 10% room tax.

Some dates, mainly for Packer game days, have special rates. Below are the rates for the following days:

Please note that for Packer games, if you book for three days, you only need to pay the special rate for two days. The third day will be discounted to $800. You can save as much as $1,800 with this discount. The discount should work automatically and you will see it in your confirmation email which you receive once you schedule.

The initial payment is for half of the room charges. It is payable within 24 hours of booking your dates. The balance of the room charges plus the sales and room taxes and cleaning fee are payable 30 days prior to the first day of your stay.
